Shipping policy

For Your Mind Boxes ("we" and "us") is the operator of For Your Mind Boxes
(https://www.foryourmindboxes.com.au). By placing an order through
this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to
ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually
protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs
2.1.1 Domestic Shipping - STANDARD - Standard Shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders under $149.99 will have a shipping fee of $12.00. 
2.1.2 Domestic Shipping - EXPRESS - Express shipping for orders under $149.99 will have a shipping fee of $18, orders over $150.00 will have a shipping fee of $15.00.
2.2.1 International Shipping for Canada and New ZealandSTANDARD - Standard shipping on orders under $219.99 AUD is $20.00 AUD. Orders over $220.00 AUD, standard shipping is FREE. 
2.2.2 International Shipping for Canada and New Zealand - EXPRESS - Express shipping on orders under $219.99 is $30.00 AUD AUD. Express shipping on orders over $220.00 is $20.00 AUD.
2.3.1 International Shipping for United States of America (USA) - STANDARD - Standard shipping on orders under $219.99 AUD is $30.00 AUD. Orders over $220.00 AUD, standard shipping is FREE. 
2.3.2 International Shipping for United States of America (USA) - EXPRESS - Express shipping on orders under $219.99 is $40.00 AUD AUD. Express shipping on orders over $220.00 is $30.00 AUD.

3. Delivery Terms
3.1DOMESTIC Standard shipping 2-10 business days. Express shipping 1-3 business days. 
3.2INTERNATIONAL (ALL) Standard shipping 7-50 business days. Express shipping 7-25 business days. 
3.3PLEASE NOTE - Covid-19 is impacting shipping in Australia and items may take a little longer to arrive than expected. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Shipping is with Australia Post and tracking will be provided for all items.
3.4These are delivery times and does not include packing and dispatch time. Please refer to 5. Dispatch Time. 

4. International Shipping
We currently only ship to New Zealand, Canada and United States of America (USA). Please refer to 2.2 and 2.3 for shipping costs. Due to Covid-19 and less flights, there are significant delays on shipping, express is recommended. Shipping prices for international customers will be at customers expense and customers may have to pay taxes upon arrival into their country. Please contact us for further information.

5. Dispatch Time
Orders will be dispatched within 5-10 business days.
We are a small business run by 2 people who have other commitments and health issues, we will dispatch your orders as soon as practically possible to ensure you get your orders as soon as possible. 
Due to other commitments, orders may be dispatched later than specified, please refer to our social media to keep up to date on this. 

4.1 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched. Please notify us of this as soon as possible.

4.2 P.O. Box Shipping
For Your Mind Boxes will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.3 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will first contact you to offer an alternative or store credit for the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider, Australia Post.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with next steps. Photo evidence will be required. 

7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed
their investigation into the claim.

9. Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

11. Extra Products To Order
If you have placed an order and would like to add extra items, you have 3 options:
1. Email us and we can add those items to your current order, we will send you an invoice to be paid before we ship your order out - please note this is our preferred way.
2. Place a second order and choose 'Pick Up' as a shipping option. We will add your orders together as long as we haven't packed and shipped the first order.
3. Place a second order and pay shipping twice. We will not be refunding second (or more) shipping costs anymore due to the increased fees and postage costs. We encourage you to do one of the above otherwise we will not be refunding the second shipping. We may offer store credit in certain cases.
