Refund policy

FOR YOUR MIND BOXES HAVE MADE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ON JULY 9TH 2024. 

 

1.0 Quality Assurance

For Your Mind Boxes aims to provide you with quality and affordable Mental Health Tools and Boxes. We want all our customers to be 100% happy and satisfied with our products and service. 

2.0 Policy and Procedures 

In the unlikely event something happens during your ordering process or after you have received your order, please refer to this policy and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you the best we can. You can email us at hello@foryourmindboxes.com.au

3.0 Eligible Products

For Your Mind Boxes states that certain products (Mental Health Boxes and Tools) may or may not be eligible for a return or refund. Please read below to see if your products are eligible and their criteria. If you need any help, please email us at hello@foryourmindboxes.com.au

4.0 Damaged Box in Transit

4.1 If your Box has arrived significantly damaged, do not accept the delivery from Australia Post, file a complaint and notify us as soon as possible. We will organise compensation if your Box is significantly damaged. 

5.0 Damaged or Faulty Products

5.1If you have received your Box and upon opening it, noticed that a product is damaged, broken or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. You can email us at hello@foryourmindboxes.com.au and you MUST provide a clean photo and description of the issue. We will assess each damaged, broken or faulty enquiry individually and decide on a replacement or store credit. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

5.2 For Your Mind Boxes will cover any shipping costs on returns for DAMAGED products ONLY.

6.0 Fidget and Sensory Tools

6.1 We are unable to refund or replace most Fidget and Sensory Tools due to hygiene reasons. This includes:

  • ALL Fidget Tools
  • Socks
  • Chew Necklaces
  • Anxiety Rings
  • Shower Steamers
  • Bath Salts
  • Body Scrubs
  • Ear Plugs
  • Music Headband Eye Mask
  • Head Massagers
  • Candles
  • Essential Oils
  • Self Heating Eye Masks
  • Instant Ice Packs
  • Instant Heat Packs
  • Bath Bombs
  • Cups and Drink Bottles
  • Any lollies and food items
  • Sand
  • Tea

6.2 IF the item is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 5 days and provide clear photo evidence. We will organise a return, store credit OR refund IF the item was damaged significantly and is unusable. We will assess each case separately to make a decision on the best course of action. 

7.0 Change of Mind

7.1 If you have changed your mind on your order or a certain product, you must notify us as soon as possible. If it is before we ship your order, we will take the product off your order and offer you an alternative product or store credit. If you would like to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund as long as we have not packed and shipped it.

7.2 We will NOT provide any refunds for change of mind. This includes accidentally adding an extra item (adding 2 instead of 1) and any additional shipping. 

7.3 If a customer has changed their mind, they have 30 days to send the item back in the same condition it was sent in, not used and in original packaging. Photo evidence before sending back is required. Postage is at customers expense and requires tracking, NO exceptions. 

8.0 NDIS Participants

8.1 NDIS participants are NOT eligible for refunds to their NDIS plans or their bank accounts unless NDIA has contacted For Your Mind Boxes and informed in writing of a refund.

8.2 NDIS participants cannot make any changes to their orders once they have been shipped. We encourage you to review your order carefully, and if possible, with the assistance of your support team to ensure you have all the correct Mental Health Tools that suit your goals.

8.3 If you have added any products more than once, you may return it to us for a replacement but it is up to the NDIS participant to pay for postage themselves, out of their own pocket and NOT their NDIS plan.
