Sensory Friendly Shopping Experience Bookings

We cannot wait to welcome you to our new store in Geelong. 

We understand that some people, ourselves included, find shopping difficult. Whether that's the lights, sound, small talk, people etc, it can be overwhelming! That's why we wanted to include a Sensory Friendly Shopping Experience to our new store. So what is it?

On Mondays, you can book a timeslot (book below) to come and see our store. We encourage you to let us know your sensory preferences too and how many people are coming. This could include you, your support worker, friends, family or a pet. Anyone who is able to make the shopping experience more comfortable for you.

You will have up to an hour to shop during this time and either Kim or David can assist or leave you to look around. If you need the sensory space at anytime, just let us know so we can check on you after 5 or 10 minutes and assist where needed.
